Bookflix is fun! It's an interactive reading & learning resource for preschoolers, kindergartners, and primary grade children. Watch the Story! Read the Book! Bookflix pairs together classic children's animated video picture storybooks with true fact non-fiction eBooks.

Your child can first watch a story and then read a book by themselves, or have the book read aloud to them. Choose from 9 exciting categories: Fun and Learning; Animals and Nature; Earth and Sky; People and Places; Music and Rhyme; Family and Community; ABCs and 123s; Adventure; Imagination; and Celebrations. Included too are 20 Spanish storybook video and book pairs.

This resource is available as a trial from June 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. After January 1, 2009, BookFLIX will not be available until grant money is received to fund this resource.

Ancestry.com is the largest genealogy database available and includes over 4,000 databases and 4 billion names. Collections from the U.S., UK, Ireland and Canada cover census data, maps, military, immigration and DAR records, plus more.This database complements HeritageQuest Online.

Provides access to national and regional newspapers, including New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Lancaster Intelligencer Journal & New Era, Central Penn Business Journal, Patriot-News, Morning Call, York Daily Record and York Dispatch. Many are updated daily & contain full-text articles from 1986 to present.

As of March 1, 2009, magazine and journal content will no longer be available. Please use MasterFILE Premier or Business Source Premier, which can be accessed through POWER Library.

Create prospective customer or potential competitor lists by SIC or NAICS, geographic area, size of company by number of employees or sales, and more. TumbleBooks™ - e-books for e-kids. The TumbleBook Library is a fun and interactive library of animated, talking story books for preschoolers, beginner readers and older independent readers. Read along and listen, or read on your own. TumbleBooks are created by taking existing story books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic (e-book) story book. TumbleBooks will help teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love!

Flash Plug-In required. TumbleBooks is created in Flash animation and require a Flash plug-in to view and hear the animation. Many computers today already are equipped with Flash.
